Assembly Test and Technology Development (ATTD) Pathfinding Data Science team is tasked with developing AI models and analytics to make ATTD strategic initiatives. We are looking for Data Science College Graduate to join our team, who is passionate and enthusiastic about solving real world issues by AI solution. This is a technical role in the emerging technologies team with deep AI domain expertise, building Proof of Concept (PoC) data product through production level data product. The candidate will pursue these challenges as a data scientist working with key partners of data engineer, cloud software engineer, and domain expertise in ATTD organization. The ideal candidate will have experience building cloud-based AI products across multiple verticals, and have a combination of creativity and analytical skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. The successful candidate will also have the technical depth to communicate the benefits of AI products to business users.
Responsibilities will include:
- Building end to end machine learning pipeline, and productizing them in robust MLOps. First scope is Intel back end product unit cost(a.k.a advanced packaging cost), with an exploration of PoC creation on its application and systematization
- Developing PoC AI application on emerging business area under ATTD, such as market analysis and operation
- Scripting for scraping by API, data wrangling, exploratory data analysis with a proper visualization, applying graph data science model to quantify sizing of influence, detecting community, etc.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for screening candidates. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
MS in computer science, data science or a related field with 2 years of experience in Machine Learning/Deep Learning or A Ph.D in computer science, data science or a related field.
Relevant disciplines of studies: computer science, statistics, data science, or relevant engineering
3+ years experience in programming in Python and R
Prior experience of end to end machine learning application development, such as data scraping/cleansing, EDA, feature engineering, model development/validation, ML web application deployment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience of Graph Data Science (ie. Neo4j as a transactional database) and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Prior knowledge and/or experience of containerization and linux virtual machine
- Prior knowledge and/or experience of full stack web application, including front-end, back-end, and data base management, by modern web frame (e.g. CICD, Microservices)
- Prior knowledge and/or experience of advanced statistics (e.g. Bayesian statistics)

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$97,500.00-$146,340.00

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
