Job Purpose

 

We are looking for bright and passionate data scientists and machine learning engineers (5+ years of professional experience) who has experience in the areas listed below:

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems, driving innovation and improving F&I products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and design appropriate data collection, preparation, and transformation processes.
• Stay updated on industry-wide technology trends and best practices, incorporating them into developing machine learning solutions.
• Experience in Python or R to develop and optimize analyses and models.
• Apply statistical analysis to evaluate model performance and enhance predictive capabilities.
• Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and meaningful manner.

 

Skills & Experience

 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, social network analysis, etc.
• >5 years’ Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R or Python, SQL, etc.
• Experience using web services: Redshift, S3, Spark, DigitalOcean, etc.
• Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.
• Experience analyzing data from 3rd party providers: Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Coremetrics, Adwords, Crimson Hexagon, Facebook Insights, etc.
• Experience with distributed data/computing tools: Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Gurobi, MySQL, etc.
• Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders using: Periscope, Business Objects, D3, ggplot, etc.
• Experience in computer vision, OCR, image & video analytics algorithms
• Strong understanding of text preprocessing and normalization techniques, such as tokenization, POS tagging, and parsing
• Should know any of the following frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, mxnet, Keras and Theano.
