Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a data scientist to join a team that is creating financial forecast and other business models.  We are looking for someone who can: • Build predictive models using data analytics (including data preparation, data cleaning, model selection, model evaluation and scaling) • Build dashboards using visualization tools to deliver insights to the leadership team • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support requests from immediate or broader teams • Act as a primary partner for all data requests to build datasets / tables as the single source of reporting • Partner closely with other finance and accounting teams to identify opportunities for automation, standardization and improving reporting • Partner closely with transformation organization to ensure the project is continuously on track and meet the goal and commitments #### Position Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or another quantitative field (Master's degree is a plus) • 3+ years of experience in advanced analytics supporting Finance team • 3+  years of experience with SQL and Python / R • Ability to communicate complex analysis and models to senior leadership team for decision-making • Experience with building dashboards using visualization tools (Power BI preferred) Experience with Azure ML is a plus We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
