Our client, a reputable Japanese retailer, is seeking for IT professional to join their new project in Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and promote an overall systematization strategy using algorithms
• Identify potential issues in each business process, then visualize and analyze issues based on data
• Propose solutions and methods to approach issues
• Build algorithm model for solution and verify effectiveness
• Automation by systematization of algorithms, integrate with business systems

Requirements:

• Hands on experience of proposing project from scratch, executing and realizing project success
• Experience of identifying business issues and proposing solutions based on data
• Experience of designing and developing algorithms to tackle business challenges and delivering results
• Experience of building 1) automated algorithms and 2) automated linking system which enables to link to operation
• Experience of promoting projects and accomplishing the goal regardless of strong push-back
• Proficiency in English
