Advanced Analytics is the leading group at Intel that creates state-of-the-art machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. Our group is a competency center for machine learning & big data at Intel, we're one of the biggest Data Science organizations in Israel. We deliver internal solutions/ products that can create a competitive advantage for Intel.

What are we looking for?
We are seeking an outstanding student in the fields of machine learning. As a part of our diverse and dynamic group, you will use cutting-edge methods in data science across various domains, data types, and learning tasks. Our Data Scientists are a critical part of developing any new solution and are involved in all aspects of the project: from idealization and problem formulation, through state-of-the-art research and algorithms development, to writing production-worthy code in various coding languages (Python, Scala, Spark, and more).

Qualifications

• Relevant candidates must have:
  - Exceptional MSc student focusing on machine learning/deep-learning and relevant thesis.
  - Strong knowledge and experience in data science (machine learning/ deep-learning).
  - Substantial experience in programming, including Python/R/Matlab.
  - Capacity to work at least 2.5 days a week, and studies expected to continue for at least 1.5 years.
  - Highly motivated, methodical, innovation-oriented, communicative, and a self-starter.

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.
