Currently, we are looking for a Data Integrity Support Specialist. The position involves improving the quality of the Salesforce data by supporting the Sales team. The Data Entry Assistant will play a key role in researching, entering and editing data to help create a world-class sales database for Zoom.

Responsibilities:

• Support Sales by maintaining the data cleanliness in Zoom's Salesforce database using Zoom's identified sources of truth, i.e. Linkedin; this includes account, contact and lead records

• Edit and enrich account data as needed to enable ownership rules to assign owners accurately.

• Augment and/or update contact record information

• Find new contacts on target, high-scored accounts or depending on business needs

• Find new accounts that are not currently in Zoom Salesforce database

• Ad hoc data projects

Requirements

• 1-2 years of data support experience in a sales data and cleansing role or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge of Excel usage, understanding, and best practices.

• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work unsupervised on data quality analysis.

• Strong communication and organization skills.

• Experience with Salesforce a strong plus
