In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Play an active role in the protection of the valuable intellectual property that is an important differentiator to Philips Customer Service. Be part of a team with focus on addressing and preventing the loss of data through education, communication, and the design of our systems and products.
You are responsible for:
Performing actions and research based on standard reporting
Sending standard communication emails internally to perform research
Managing all standard communications and responses, escalating to the appropriate parties as necessary
Tracking of communications as required in a detailed and accurate manner in order to facilitate reporting that is insightful, measurable, and actionable
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the processes, reports, and systems to achieve Philips’ goals
Participating in project-related work, as needed

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience with Microsoft Office applications in a professional setting – intermediate to advanced Excel,PowerPoint, and database experience is a plus
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Consistent strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Self-motivated
Prior experience in a support role is a plus
