Objective of job
The Data System/Service Dev & Ops Associate will help to design and development on data service platform with system operation and maintenance, create system interface improvement roadmap based on business requirement, coordinate on key technical problem solving and functional enhancement with Business Unit & IT related colleagues, collaborate with business key users on system functional requirement and development project planning.
He/She works closely with data system managers and IT leads, as a major contributor to provide data as a service and potential technical solution. He/She is also responsible for coordinating and planning data system and service development with feasible and effective solution. This role will also apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the business user group on issues related to the data system & service development and operation critical to business usage.
Main tasks
Design and development on data service platform with system operation and maintenance, and create system interface improvement roadmap based on business requirement
Coordinate on key technical problem solving and functional enhancement with Business Unit & IT related colleagues
Collaborate with business key users on system functional requirement and development project planning
Closely work with business and technical teams to deliver requirement specification, translate and bridge business & technical interpretation of data
Coordinate on specification of data quality control and improve from functional & implementing development according to biz requirement
