岗位职责

- 负责数据探索，数据建模，并转化为数据产品指标
data explore, modeling, and design indicator of data product

- 负责数据产品原型设计和实施
prototype design and implement

- 通过数据深入理解产品和用户，挖掘并评估客户需求，为产品策略提供支持
understand product and client, dig and evaluate requirement of client, support for product strategy

- 产品开发及数据可视化
product dev and data visualization

技能要求

1.本科及以上学历，1年以上工作经验，有网站分析经验更佳
Bachelor, 1+ year experience, better for web analytics experience

2. 了解常用数据形式，并能利用合适的工具解读各类数据（数据流），具备基本的网络协议知识，有网页数据抓取经验者优先
understand many type of data and know how to parse it, know about internet protocol, better for web crawler experience

3. 了解网站分析Web Analytics，熟悉Google Analytics基本指标及使用，具备使用R，SAS等工具进行数据分析经验者优先
know about web analytics, know about the indicator of Google analytics， better for R SAS data analysis experience

4. 了解数据可视化，熟练掌握Tableau，D3等常用数据可视化工具，具备JavaScript前端编程能力者优先
know about data visualization, familiar with DV tools such as Tableau, D3， better for JavaScript program ability

5、熟练使用MS Office，有较强的EXCEL和PPT制作能力
