Data analytics and reporting within the Telecom area Internship/ Stage

The role is within the global Enterprise Networks Services Team (ENS), a team responsible to provide network connectivity to all 400+ Mars locations globally.
Data analytics becomes more and more important this triggered several projects within the ENS team to provide a more mature analytical environment.
The project is looking at understanding requirements, identify opportunities and issues/risks, provide improvement recommendations and implement (if possible) quick wins.

Your tasks:

• Create metrology to capture requirements from the ENS team and key stakeholders
• Capture the requirement data
• Analyze and report on the data
• Create a final recommendation
• Implement quick wins (optional)

Your profile:

• Advanced study (HBO or WO) in IT or Data Analytics.
• IT savvy and experience with tools like office365, Teams, Smartsheet, PowerBI, SharePoint
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English  
• Experience with concepts like data analytics and business analytics
• Ability to work at least 4 days a week for at least 5 months
• EU visa and work permit for the Netherlands
