Contribute to Analytics and Data Strategy for Alcon, in line with business needs in APAC region and Greater China market  Develop a good understanding of Alcon’s enterprise data management strategy  Develop a good understanding of uniqueness of APAC Markets and Data re-quirements related to business models, technology adoption and regulatory requirements

Bachelor or Masters degree in IT or Computer Sciences; Certification in Analytics and Data Sciences will be preferred Verbal and written communication skills in English ( in addition to Mandarin). • Solid understanding of Commercial Business including Sales, Marketing capabilities.  A good understanding of business practices and industry outlook in China and Asian markets.  Balanced Strategic and Operational (Execution) capabilities.  Expert in Data Sciences and Analytics Technologies – Should have experience around majority of the skills ( If not all), like • Understand and working knowledge in using Big Data cloud platforms, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses • Experience in Visualization and Reporting Tools like Tableau, Salesforce Einstein Analytics and QlikSense • Experience like Data Preparation tools – Alteryx, Python etc. • Experience in RDBMS – Oracle, SQL Server etc. Good working knowledge of SQL is a must • Data Science tools & languages – R, Python, Zeppelin or Jupyter notebooks, etc. • Experience with perform data modeling, data analysis and providing insights using various tools. • Experience in working as part of Agile teams
