ABOUT THE ROLE
Working as a key member of the centralised HR Services Team in-country, we are looking for an experienced HR practitioner and project manager to provide oversight of local HR data, project execution and process improvement.
In this role you will report directly to the in-country HR Services Lead, providing indirect data, quality and project guidance across a diverse team of HR Services professionals and maintaining close collaboration with our Global Process Owners (GPOs) and dedicated Data and Reporting teams.
Overall our team’s objective is to provide efficient process execution, effective query resolution and accurate HR data in support of an excellent customer experience.
Candidate Focus & Challenge
- Ownership of in-country Workday data and monitoring of quality in partnership with Global Data Management team, including validation and integration back to external providers and downstream system integrations
- Data consultation and design required for key HR processes, e.g. making sure data requirements for annual reward process are met and provided to Compensation and Benefits CoE as needed
- Lead conversations related to local data structures and requirements for M&A and other business change projects, liaising between local stakeholders and Global Data Management team as needed
- Analyse HR data (both in-house and at third party provider) to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support HR decision making processes
- Coordinate in-country implementation for global HR projects, such as a Workday implementation, integrating with on-site HR Services and HRBP teams to manage business impact and support customers
- Support in-country My HR Advisory teams and on-site HR Services and HRBPs with any complex data queries or transactions and complex reporting requests, interacting with Global and Regional HR Services teams where appropriate to ensure accurate resolution
- Analyze the SLA´s within HR Services and queries received by My HR Advisory to identify areas of improvement
- Interact with local HR and business stakeholders to assure right level of service is delivered by HR Services
- Participate in establishing an understanding of customer requirements to ensure that planned activities and services meet both project and BAU needs, and in monitoring those through the SLA´s
- Coordinate the onshore maintenance of process documentation, SOPs and FAQs to ensure that internal HR Services documentation is accurate and reflective of latest global process and system design generated by CoEs, GPOs and HR Solutions team
- Serve as process owner for several in-country HR processes, for example SOX/Audit controls
- Drive our organizational / simplification processes through continuous improvement; identify patterns of ongoing issue areas and recommend potential resolutions across data, process, system and people/training
- Support the effective governance of local HR data, reviewing changes in processes, policy or legislation and communicating impacts or changes required to other HR Services teams and stakeholders
Candidate Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience supporting HR processes and data transactions in Workday
- Keen attention to detail and focus on data accuracy while managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Experience supporting HR System implementation and development
- Understanding of common HR and service centre enabling technologies – e.g. case management, telephony and online user portals – and typical data integrations required
- Experience supporting payroll and other downstream/external system integrations
- Able to communicate fluently in English
- Ability to manage competing tasks efficiently and prioritize workload within a matrixed team environment
- Experience of delivering against Service Level agreements, including working with third party providers to meet work deadlines
- Proven HR project management capability and ability to engage with senior level stakeholders
- Enjoys working as part of a lively and hard-working team, performing together under pressure to meet monthly payroll deadlines
- Highly developed communications, organization and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to maintain highly confidential data
