Key Responsibilities:

•  Provide technical support, incident handling and service improvement services and advice to   client on database/system components of the system

Qualification  Requirements:

•  Relevant IT experience with 3 year or above
•  Experience in IT system helpdesk support, handling change requests and user requests
•  Experience in supporting physical and/or virtual servers
•  Experience in administration, support and operation on hypervisor, storage or server components   is preferred
•  Experience in administration, support and operation of IBM DB2, MySQL, or Oracle Database is   preferred
•  Willing to work on shift per day (3 shifts per day) to ensure 7 x 24 support to the system
