岗位职责/About the Role

Manage & maintain databases service for maximum availability & performance using the appropriate processes (ITIL or equivalent) as a basis for maintaining a stable and carefully managed environment.

管理和维护数据库，确保数据库服务的高可用性与***性能。

Work within change management, configuration management, incident & problem management processes

安装和升级数据库服务器,以及应用程序工具构建和配置网络环境。

Monitor & report on service performance & resource utilisation, and make recommendations on system tuning or upgrades in consultation with System Admin other teams.
熟悉oracle AWR/STATSPACK，可以根据报告提出调优建议。

Apply agreed system and application changes as required to maintain system reliability, performance, security and functionality.
确保服务器工作状态正常，配合System Admin进行数据库相关服务器与应用的升级。

Proactively analyse service and system performance, with a view to identifying and resolving possible faults before they impact service levels.
安装和升级数据库服务器,以及应用程序工具构建和配置网络环境。

Monitor and maintain database internal resources eg table space consumption, table space fragmentation, index analysis.

维护数据库内部对象，比如表空间碎片，无效索引等。

Recommend and implement process improvements

推荐并实施流程改进。

1-2 years Oracle DBA experience

1-2年Oracle DBA相关工作经验

Methodical approach to problem solving

Self motivated and willing to own and solve issues

Willingness to work on-call for operational issues.

Good English written and oral communication skills
