Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall Dealer Life Cycle management and Provide back office support to the dealer network and whole sales team as the expert to smooth distributor management process.
  • Manage all the business data and support sales and marketing team on commercial/sales data collection and analysis.
  • Act as the iDMS leader, help internal & external users to resolve system issues and feedback. System data maintenance and to keep the system stable & effective operations.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

  • Execute distributor management processes through daily work. Including distributor application, contract management and distributor authorization letter review and approve. Commercial documentation and record management.
  • Manage the Life Cycle of designated distributors according to 2-invoice policy.
  • Help to support logistics partner daily activity. Including sales in / sales out / safety stock data management. Rebate analyses and control for distributor from LP if any.
  • Responsible for the sales data management from the LP/distributors and

supervise the related report internal of the company. (including the LP/distributor sales in, sales out and inventory data)

  • Responsible for the quarterly sales achievement/outstanding report issue to support the sales team to achieve the sales target.
  • iDMS System account management & data management, including the distributors/ sales organization/ product hierarchy maintain in the system. To set up the correct relationship within the distributor, hospital and products, as well as update the data from time to time.
Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.

  • Bachelor degree, preferred for major in accounting, international trade, business administrations & logistics.
  • With 5-10 years working experience in MNC in China medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Minimum 5+ years working experience on commercial management role.
  • Good communication skill, exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people.
  • Good sense of data management. Oral/written English required.
Strong sense of urgency. Proactive and independent attitude
