Responsibilities

• Handle daily dealing operation of securities and futures trading;
• Perform mid-night shift duties from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. or 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.  
• Review trade documentation and ensure that dealing orders are completed accurately
• Handle enquiries on doubtful trades
• Match daily transaction records and compile various trading reports;
• Ensure the dealing activities to comply with policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Degree holder in Banking & Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of dealing experience in securities/futures trading
• Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities, Type 1 and 2 under SFC
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Independent, willing to work in mid-night shift and Hong Kong public holidays
