We offer wholesale banking products and services in Hong Kong. To cope with our business growth, we are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join us as Dealer, Money Market & Funding in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Manage branch-wide day to day cash flow for all currencies by performing interbank lending/borrowing, FX swap & interest rate derivative transactions dynamically
• Ensure sufficient funding capacity to support client flows and other trading activities, both intraday and future cash flows
• Manage the regulatory liquidity maintenance ratio (LMR) and all other internal liquidity ratios
• Manage liquidity risk, interest rate risk and FX risk for the branch
• Ensure compliance with internal limits, policies and procedures, applicable laws, rules and regulations
• Provide deposit and loan rates to other business units and clienteles, including fund transfer pricing
• To stay abreast of latest market developments and business opportunities
• To stay current with relevant rules and regulations
• Support team head to prepare administrative documents and reports
• Automate and streamline work process flow to enhance efficiency
• Participate in ad hoc assignments as required by local and regional supervisors

Requirements:

• Degree from a well-recognized university, major in Economics, Finance, or business related disciplines
• 1-2 years' working experience in financial industry, those with Treasury & Markets exposure and knowledge in money market products will be an advantage. Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters and MS Office. Advanced knowledge in Excel VBA and Macros will be a plus
• Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Able to work independently under pressure and with strong desire to succeed
• Pleasant, responsible, positive attitude, must be a team player with high level of integrity
• Strong sense of compliance and risk control
• Strong command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
