Objectives of the Position
1. Look for and establish the independent dealer sales channel in the market enables BBAFC to expand the direct dealer retail business. The exemplary dealer channel to be explored would be individual 4S dealers, sub-dealers under the 4S network and parallel import dealers but not limited to.
Execute the dealer network expansion strategy incorporating regular Dealer visitation, searching for high intention / key Dealers for enhanced future co-operation.
2. Fully manage the network and all legal and administrative documents and processes.
3. Implement the planned network strategy, ensuring the required actions are carried out to ensure compliance with HQ requirements and standards.
4. Monitor the network development plans and take timely corrective actions as required.
5. Standardize the network communication process, utilizing ‘best practice sharing’ to ensure that all participators are fully engaged with the best possible market-place solutions.
6. Fully support the overall company strategy by supporting other key functions such as the facility development team, as well as the training team.
7. Support other related ‘ad hoc’ tasks that may be required from time to time.
Qualification required
l Minimum of a Bachelor degree, majoring in Marketing, or Economics.
l Strong understanding and experience in the Auto Finance Industry, especially AFC.
l Extensive market experience in the auto finance business with a minimum of 5 years in automotive Network, sales, sales management or dealership management experience.
l Solid dealer network experience and detailed market knowledge of the automotive sector.
l Above average communication skills with the ability to accurately convert large amounts of data into realistic and actionable recommendations.
l Extensive skills and experience in working with MS programs especially Excel and PowerPoint.
l Highly developed ability to work with large data consolidation and analysis.
l Frequent travels will be required.
