•Develop and optimize Sales Quality Onsite Inspection guide & checklist and implement accordingly
•Develop and optimize Sales Quality Regular Mystery Shopping and CoC Special Mystery Shopping guide & checklist and implement accordingly
•Develop and optimize Potential Customer Survey and provide structured data & analysis report
•Lead Customer Satisfaction Survey related projects
•Support Dealer Standard Fly-in Audit in the aspect of schedule, notification, result collection and distribution
Task Designation
Develop and optimize Sales Quality Onsite Inspection guide & checklist and implement accordingly
•Develop and optimize Sales Quality Onsite Inspection guide & checklist (incl. MB, Maybach and Van) with BU yearly
•Implement Sales Quality Onsite Inspection according to project plan
•Process dealers’ exemption & appeal applications
•Provide data report on time and develop and design analysis report
Develop and optimize Sales Quality Regular Mystery Shopping and CoC Special Mystery Shopping guide & checklist and implement accordingly
•Cooperate with BU to develop and optimize Sales Quality Regular Mystery Shopping (incl. MB, Maybach and Van) and CoC Special Mystery Shopping guide & checklist
•Implement Sales Quality Regular Mystery Shopping and CoC Special Mystery Shopping according to project plan
•Process dealers’ exemption & appeal applications
•Comunicate the CoC violation cases with Management, Regions and Investors
•Provide data report on time and develop and design analysis report
Develop and optimize Potential Customer Survey and provide structured data & analysis report
•Cooperate with BU and IT counterpart to develop and optimize Potential Customer Survey, including survey mechanism, questionnaire and data structure
•Conduct data cleaning and provide structured data & analysis report monthly
Lead Customer Satisfaction Survey related project
•Lead the develop and distribution of BMBS Customer Survey Monthly Report
•Cooperate and communicate with Sales Management, CAM and NI (PI team) regarding customer satisfaction related tasks
Support Dealer Standard Fly-in Audit & POCC
•Distribute of Fly-in Audit & POCC arrangement and notification
•Collect Fly-in Audit result, archive properly and distribute on time
•Pre-process dealers’ exemption & appeal application
