Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting and communicating with Dealers, in order to over achieve MBFSK target (KPIs) through both tracking and analysing their KPI performances through brilliant communication & interaction with internal/external stakeholders with proper analysing data with well-trained & harmonized Sales Team by the position.
This position is responsible for increasing Dealer satisfaction and contributing Brand Partner’s sales through improving process and providing financial products with high quality.
This position requires leadership and sales strategy for the Dealer Relationship Management functions by being actively involved in the development of financial products and sales business models.
1. Sales Strategy set up / execution and KPI management
2. Lead, motivate, and develop team members
3. Quality and efficiency sales management with Brand partners, Dealer, Biz partner
4. Good relationship management
5. Project executions
