Objective of job
- Resposible for wholesale inventory audit schedule arrangement and adjustment for both MB field staff and outsourcers;
- Effectively monitor and manage work quality (efficiency & effectiveness) of field staff including daily business management, special case handling as well as monthly KPI review;
- Organize regular meeting, training and cross team communication for field staff. Proactively share and collect feedbacks with other teams for field work;
- Provide necessary support for outsourcing management in DRC;
- Responsible for process and SOP maintainance and update;
- Continuously identify opportunities for growth and process improvement within the team and related functions;
- Collaborate with project team for system and process enhancement;
- Well understand company policy and CBIRC regulations, ensure work comply with regulatory requirements.
Task Description
1. Wholesale Inventory Audit Arrangement
• Resposible for wholesale inventory audit schedule arrangement and adjustment including task allocation for both MB field staff and outsourcing vendors.
• Ensure audit schedule comply with all related business rules.
• Responsible for special case handling and timely excalation if any risks.
2. MB Field Staff Performance Management
• Responsible for MB field staff daily tasks allocation.
• Arrange field staff to conduct onsite credit investigation for special cases or high risky dealers.
• Monitor MB field staff performance KPI in a timely manner.
• Provide timely feedback to field staff and support to improve MB field staff’s performance.
3. Training & Communication
• Responsible for weekly feedback review and share information to related teams.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing to steer field staff’s work.
• Set up formal and informal communication channel with CA team to understand their requirement & feedback.
• Responsible for cross team communication and work out solution for better collateral management.4. Process & System Improvement
• Maintain and timely update process and SOP for field audit.
• Responsible for field staff scorecard review and update.
• Initiatives for DRC process and system improvement.
• Lead or participate in data analysis for the purpose of achieving better business objectives.
• Support audit events and ensure100% meet compliance requirements.
5. Outsourcing Management
• Provide necessary support for outsourcing management to ensure work quality.
• Participate in outsourcing performance monitoring and reviewing.
• Facilitate outsourcing SLA maintenance and update to correctly reflect business needs.
• Facilitate for vendor selection and outsourcing related audit events.
