Job Description

Description
Training scheme management:
- Design and develop MBFS sales training strategy for designated business, propose for training plans to meet internal and external training needs, promptly communicate with internal/external stakeholders to keep same understanding and expectation of training work.
Training development & delivery:
- Identify training requirements in products/processes/selling skills/systems/projects.
- Responsible for training content development, deliver higher quality training course to participants with different training method, ensure training materials down to earth and fit autofinance product sales scenarios.
- Initiate various new training ideas and technology, keep the training service fit for the changing market demands, and represent the service quality of MB brand.
Training quality management:
- Conduct training data and quality management effectively, keep initiating new ideas to improve training effectiveness.
Marketing agency management:
- Work with creative agency to ensure effective design, production, quality assurance and on time delivery of POS that meet MB sales & marketing standards /strategy; Initiate marketing campaigns based on sales & campaign strategy, think creatively, sensitive to the advertising environment and new opportunities, supervise performance of the agency on execution optimization and budget allocation.
Compliance:
- Adhere to all compliance related requirements
Ad-hoc tasks:
- Lead or participate ad-hoc projects for the purpose of achieving MBFS’s business objectives
- Relationship management:
- Work closely with designated businss client to form synergy on marketing effectiveness.
