Job Overview
 
Primary Purpose
·         Assist facilities Maintenance Supervisor with all aspects of maintenance and repair of facility and equipment
 
Job Deliverables
·         Offer the best dealership experience through the ongoing pursuit of excellence using the Customer One principles.
·         General maintenance and cleanliness of facilities in accordance to procedures/routines maintenance supervisor sets forth.
·         Responsible for ordering shop supplies and inventory upkeep thereof
·         Obtain and maintain various certifications in regards to HVAC, plumbing, electrical
·         Execution of all aspects of general facility repairs including but not limited to , plumbing, electric, HVAC, carpentry, concrete repair, sheetrock and painting
·         Perform preventative maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
·         Maintain a clean and safe work area.
