Position Title: Dean of Academic
Location：Shenzhen
Job Responsibility:
I. Teaching Standards & Quality Management
1.Develop and implement course manuals and teaching protocols for the training center campus in alignment with the instructional requirements and standards set by the Italy headquarters.
2.Monitor and evaluate teaching quality regularly through methods such as unannounced classroom observations and student interviews, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of Istituto Marangoni.
3.Conduct periodic reviews of student grades and comments in the SINAPTO system, addressing special cases promptly.
4.Conduct admissions interviews and perform random assessments of students at various stages to ensure consistent maintenance of academic standards.
II. Teaching Team Development & Management
5. Recruit qualified teaching staff in accordance with Istituto Marangoni standards and maintain a talent pool for future needs.
6. Organize regular training sessions for the teaching team to enhance professional competencies and ensure compliance with the Institute's requirements.
III. Academic Operations & Event Coordination
7. Plan and execute various teaching activities according to established schedules and deadlines.
8. Handle special cases and requests from students and parents at the training center campus.
IV. Communication, Reporting & Collaboration
9. Hold regular meetings with the Italy headquarters to report on teaching outcomes, current challenges, and required support.
10. Assist and support various campus departments in promotional events and fashion shows.
11. Promptly complete other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Job Qualifications:
1.Master’ s degree in Education, Curriculum Fashion and Design, or related fields;
2.Minimum 8 years of experience in international school academic administration, with 5+ years of team leadership experience; familiarity with managing local/foreign teachers and cross-cultural communication;
3.Familiar with the fashion and design industry, with 8+ years of relevant industry work experience, previously employed in top international brands preferred；
4.Fluent in both English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to conduct parent-teacher meetings, academic conferences, etc;
5.Strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maintain high efficiency in a dynamic educational environment.
Salary：45k-50k/Month
