Dean of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences 人文社會科學學院院長

Specific Responsibilities include (but not limited to) 具體職責包括但不限於

• Strategic planning for the Faculty
  制定學院的策略發展規劃
• Developing new programs and reshaping curriculum in accordance with local and regional needs
  按照本地和區域需求發展新課程和優化現有課程
• Effective implementation of the University's strategy and teaching and learning policies in the Faculty
  有效落實大學和學院的相關教學策略與政策
• Formulating annual student admission plans for the Faculty
  制定學院年度招生計畫
• Ensuring high quality of teaching and holistic development of students
  確保學院的教學品質和學生的全人發展
• Supervising staff development for the Faculty
  監督學院師資發展
• Promoting research, scholarly activities and outreach that will advance the Faculty's academic excellence in research and professional education
  積極推動學院研究、學術和外展活動以促進學院研究及專業教育
• Monitoring programs/course assessment to ensure academic excellence and integrity
  監督課程評核以確保學術卓越

Requirements 要求

• Doctoral Degree Holder in Foreign Language Studies, Cultural Industries Management, Psychology, Social Work, or related discipline.
  具有外國語言學、文化產業、心理學、社會工作或相關領域的博士學位
• Currently working in a Higher Education Institution at the rank of Associate Professor or above.
  目前於高等院校具有副教授或以上職稱
• A distinguished record of teaching, research and scholarship, and substantial experiences in academic leadership roles.
  傑出的教學、科研和學術領導經驗
• Demonstrating vision and capability to build on and expand the Faculty's strengths.
  有能力建立和拓展學院的優勢和特色
• Outstanding management effectiveness.
  出色的管理效力
• Excellent coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
  卓越的人際溝通和統籌協調能力

Remuneration 薪酬福利

The remuneration and appointment rank offered will be competitive and commensurate with the successful applicant's academic qualifications, current position and professional experience. The compensation/benefits are competitive. The current local maximum income tax rate in Macao is 12%, however it is effectively around 5% - 7% after various discretionary exemptions.

大學將根據獲聘者的學歷、當前職位和專業經驗提供富有競爭力的薪酬福利。目前澳門所得稅率最高為12%，如符合條件可獲得一定程度減免，實際所得稅率約為5%至7%。
