The IOTG (Internet of Things) OpenVINO™ Developer Tools team are at the forefront of AI innovation at Intel. Our products power AI across a huge range of use cases - from space satellites to deep undersea marine vessels. In this role, you will work with a passionate, product-focused team to ideate, rapidly prototype, and ship next-generation Deep Learning products as a part of Intel's AI programs.

In this position, you will be involved in the integration of popular AI frameworks inside OpenVINO™, as well as ideating and developing cutting edge computer vision and deep learning use cases and reference implementations.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following:

• Quantitative, analytical, and problem solving, conflict resolution skills.

• Effective prioritization and time management skills.

Length of internship: minimum of 3 months with the possibility to extend it as per business' needs.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidate's must be pursuing a Master's or PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

3+ months of experience in the following areas:

• Python Programming

• C/C++ Programming

• Knowledge of Math/Statistics

Preferred Qualifications

3+ months of experience in the following areas:

• Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Computer Vision, Deep Learning

• PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, OpenCV

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$147,000.00

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
