• -Research on key algorithms of deep learning (including various network architectures and applications), and machine learning tasks, especially for those sequence based tasks.

• -Adapt key algorithms to real world applications, such as speech recognition, and large-scale NLP.

• -Algorithm optimization for specific scenario.

• -Write algorithm analysis and optimization report.

• -Computer science, machine learning, speech recognition, or NLP related majors.

• -Experience with at least one deep learning algorithm, for example LSTM, GRU, RNN, etc.

• -Experience with at least one deep learning framework, for example Caffe, Tensorflow, Pytorch, etc.

• -Knowledge of C++ or python.

• -Candidates with relevant projects are preferred, such as speech recognition, machine translation, NLP, etc.

• -With research, creativity, and ability to learn the cutting-edge algorithms and theories through paper reading.
