We’re looking for a right candidate to strengthen our Delegated Functions Oversight Team within a Management Company with primary focus on Funds Distribution and Marketing to support in:

– onboarding and ongoing due diligence process on delegated functions entities under the responsibility of the Management Company within the Group and the external parties,
– execution of ongoing monitoring control framework on delegates including service reviews, independent controls, KPIs reporting, deep dive reviews, onsite visits etc.,
– risk assessment of the delegates, identification of operational and regulatory risks, incidents management, follow up and implementation of remedial actions,
– project management to enhance the existing control framework and generating new ideas to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with laws and regulations and Company policies,
– reporting control framework results to the senior management and multiple Boards of Directors of the Company and the Funds,
– monitoring and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations (e.g. AML) in Luxembourg, Ireland and in all countries where funds are distributed in order to assess impact on the current control framework and implementing necessary changes within the timeframes prescribed by the regulators.

You will be assigned responsibilities in oversight of delegated Funds Distribution and Marketing activities globally with possible exposure from time to time as needed to Portfolio Management, Central Administration or Custody oversight being part of the wider Delegated Functions Monitoring Team.

Key responsibilities include execution of control framework tasks, identification and monitoring of operational and regulatory risks, enhancement of the control framework and reporting results to the senior management.
