Position Description:
Work as main customer facing liaison for all Digital Solution Service
customization project, the Delivery Consultant will generate customized
solutions to address and meet our customers’ business requirements and needs.
You will work on a wide range of projects and will play a key role to ensure
DSS solutions are well-designed and implemented.

• Interact with customers to determine business and system specifications
• Create technical documents including but not limited to design
specifications, system manual, training manual, etc
• Working with software development teams and hardware manufactures throughout
the development process to ensure systems are up to quality standards
• Collaborate with Project Managers and other team members to develop budgets
and timelines
• Maintain most up-to-date technical knowledge and industrial awareness
• Provide training to internal and external parties as required

Position Requirements:
• Graduate of University preferably in Electronic / Electrical engineering,
Computer engineering or related fields or equivalent education
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences in an IT solutions and services field
as a consultant
• In-depth knowledge in computer hardware and software components.  Experience
with IoT, AR/VR, and AI systems
• Sound understanding of customers and their requirements.  Excellent
interpersonal communication skills for interfacing with customers.
• Sound experience of Hardware and Software solution architecture design.
Experiences in Vending machines, Smart Lockers and IoT solutions preferable.
• Sound understanding and experience of processes and systems to manage,
motivate and develop individuals
• Fluency in the local language, English, and Mandarin, both written and
spoken and at least one other major local language preferred
• Articulate and skilled in interpersonal communications
• Willing to travel
• Excellent skills in applying required health & safety regulations to job
holder’s work environment
