• Playing an integral role in supporting CMB Tech China Head and GTRF project stakeholders to develop and implement technology strategy, to fulfill CMB strategic business outlook.
• Participating actively in service portfolio planning, understanding pain points and priorities, articulating the tech service value proposition to address business’s needs
• Analyzing solution trends against business needs, formulating innovative IT business solutions, and taking lead in Trade Transformation program
• Leading the internal team to present solutions to stakeholder, establish and maintain trustworthy relationship with the Business and stakeholders.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to provide best-in-class business service consultancy
• Executing daily delivery activities, balancing scope, liaising with respective IT teams to resolve IT related issues
• Reporting, managing and monitoring issues, dependencies and risks to the program management, internal stakeholders and/or steering committees.

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline
• Strong domain knowledge in commercial banking and/or trade finance
• Sound experience in IT project management. Knowledge on DevOps, Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), Agile control Framework.
• Excellent presales or consultative skills and ability to form strong business relationships at all levels.
• Strong background in developing compelling value propositions, seen as a trusted advisor and communication skills to deal with senior executives
• A customer-centric focus with strong commercial sense.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence senior executives across multiple business units and functions
• Experience leading cross function delivery team with direct accountability for solutions, track record in partnering diversified parties to drive projects to conclusion with excellent execution
• Excellent communication skill in English and Mandarin
• Travel is required on a need basis
