DEMAND ANALYST We are currently seeking a Demand Planner for our ITESA SIEMENS plant. This position will be based in Ciudad Juarez, reporting to Customer service area. This position would suit candidates with basic planning experience looking to further develop their planning career with our globally recognized brand. Demand plan development and management with both internal and external stakeholders Collaborative Forecasting planning and Replenishment – use internal SCM tools to create and audit sales and receipts forecasts. Support New Product introduction (NPI) demand forecast as well as End of Life (EOL) demand forecast while coordinating customer expectations to respective departments within Product Engineering department. Manage expectations within commercial link while arriving at Consensus Forecast using specific tools and systems Participate in weekly S&OP meetings to review sales, forecasts, and commitments Evaluate and maintain KPI (ex: Forecast Accuracy, Fill Rate) while analyzing the variances and initiating appropriate corrective actions Analyze sales pipeline data and combine with existing forecasts to provide as input to management Regularly evaluate category actual performance to forecast, analyzing the variance and initiating appropriate corrective action Ensure Marketing strategies and programs are accurately represented in the forecast, analyzing the variance, and initiating appropriate corrective actions Take leadership role in initiative to capture and utilize real field consumption data Participate in cross-functional efforts to enhance Supply Chain, Order Management and Fulfillment activities for business, as directed by supervisor Attend some key customers meetings and quarterly/annual planning meetings Requirements: Requirements. Bachelor’s Degree required with focus in SCM/Business/Finance/Marketing/Engineering preferred Position requires 3+ years experiences in following areas: Forecasting, Supply Chain, Marketing, or similar role High degree of computer literacy including Windows, Excel and Access experience needed Advanced Planning systems experience a plus Strong customer service, interpersonal and follow up skills a must Bilingual English/Spanish Siemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
