Job Description
#### Position Description:


• Build Hong Kong eCommerce branding and awareness to target audience via
strategy, plan and solid execution.
• Drive effective traffic to Lenovo Hong Kong e-Shop and improve conversion
rate from shop visit to cart order.
• Drive co-partnership with third party brand to expand the reach for Lenovo
products and improve conversion for both consumer and SMB segments.
• Plan and implement overall partnerships and affiliate strategies to boost
user acquisition and drive sales.
• Develop eCommerce demand generation program to make shoppers choose products
over competitors’ by seamless execution of campaign execution, site experience
design, and program design (offer and pricing) and co-marketing.
• Develop and implement HK eCommerce strategy and global/regional guidance
with cross functional teams; Local and Regional Marketing and Web development
team.
• Maintain activity and productivity reports on regular basis. Analyze sales
data to identify opportunities for increase business.
• Lead specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.
• Work closely with manager to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and
necessary changes required to achieve objectives.
• Manage external partners, media agency, conversion optimization agency and
creative agency for campaign implementation.
• Develop Facebook strategy and manage execution.

#### Position Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degrees or above
• Expert knowledge of digital merchandising (ie., SEM, SEO, eDM, Display, Re-
targeting) with 7+ years’ experience
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Experience in managing 3rd contracted agency and business partners.
• Strong communication & negotiation skill
• Good English communication (Speaking, Listening, Writing & Reading) ability
as daily work requirement
• MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
• Possess strong business networks and customer loyalty related experience are
preferred
• Hands-on, self-motivated and be able to thrive in an environment with a
start-up culture
• Goal oriented personality and be able to work independently as well as part
of a team
• Working in eCommerce, internet, high tech serving SMB and start-up market is
a plus
