Job Description
Position Description: • Build SEA’s eCommerce branding and awareness to target audience via strategy, plan and solid execution. • Drive effective traffic to Lenovo e-Shop (SEA) with focus on key audience segments, be able to deep-dive segments and leveraged different strategies. • Develop eCommerce demand generation program to make shoppers choose products over competitors’, constantly improving site experience and program design (offer and pricing). • Develop and implement SEA’s eCommerce strategy and global/regional guidance with cross functional teams; Local and Regional Marketing and Web development team. • Pro-actively hunt for partners and tapped on existing ones, to drive collaborations with the aim to drive customer acquisitions. Lead specific sales events, webinars or projects to improve sales performance. • Work closely with manager to brainstorm programs to achieve annual and quarterly targets. • Manage external partners, banks, media agency, conversion optimization agency and creative agency for demand generation programs • Performance marketing, constantly review and optimized the digital marketing efforts to provide constantly optimizing the site, and commerce activities. • Establish an effective working level engagement with Affiliates. • Embark on customer retention initiatives, including Loyalty programs. #### Position Requirements: • Bachelor’s degrees or above • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in direct ecommerce operation • Basic understanding of marketing & business planning • Expert knowledge of digital merchandising (ie., SEM, SEO, eDM, Display, Re- targeting) with 3+ years’ experience • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills • Experience in managing 3rd contracted agency • Good communication & negotiation skill • Good English communication (Speaking, Listening, Writing & Reading) ability as daily work requirement • MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency • Hands-on, self-motivated and be able to thrive in an environment with a start-up culture • Goal oriented personality and be able to work independently as well as part of a team • Working in eCommerce, internet, high tech, consulting industry is a plus We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
