Here is an opportunity to join this inspiring and dynamic team for a role with focus on Marketing Automation, Demand Generation and Lead Management within the Siemens Digital Industries Communications Team in India. As a specialist, with you lays the responsibility of advising, supporting and/or executing integrated communication activities leading to demand generation, the creation of emails, landing pages, campaign flows, forms and reports within Marketing Automation ecosystem. You will support the development, integration, and onboarding of existing and new tools across the digital marcom space. You will scout new innovative digital marketing/ sales trends such as AI and develop pilot use cases within Siemens that bridge the gap between marketing and sales in a complex software driven eco system. This role is key to maintain high quality standards and link marketing automation tactics to CRM and ultimately revenue You will ensure that demand creation and brand building activities are closely aligned. From awareness to demand generation to sales enablement - to create more better relevant engagement at the top of the funnel and generate higher quality leads Apply B2B specific content marketing tactics to support the digital customer journey, demand and brand building Execute data driven communication: planning, implementation, tracking and orchestration of dedicated paid & non-paid communication activities solutions towards external target groups across various communications disciplines, channels including media targeting, monitoring and optimization, comprehensive analytics, and knowledge sharing Create, manage, and maintain related content and assets such as emails, social media posts, blog articles, success stories, along with planning trade shows, including virtual, hybrid and physical events Maintain and iterate global scoring and grading models by using monitors and reports for overall effectiveness metrics Execute and further automate the lead push to CRM, for all inbound and outbound marketing measures Evangelist, enabler and helper for demand generation across the Digital Industries India communications and marketing organizations You will be involved in the consultation of paid media and social selling measures (i.e. using Sprinklr and LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Take the lead on ongoing efforts to measure, analyze, test, optimize and nurture efforts for leads and prospects The monitoring and reporting on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed by Eloqua/Marketing Automation, Salesforce/Sales CRM and related applications are part of your tasks Manage the process for the standardizing, cleansing, enrichment and uploading of contact lists into Eloqua Define segmentation criteria to manage lead lists and contact groups for nurture programs Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Business Development, Sales Excellence and Sales in the various Siemens business units worldwide What you need to make real what matters! You have completed post-graduation in marketing, business administration, or a comparable discipline You have minimum 3 years of professional experience in demand generation, analytics, email marketing, direct marketing, interactive marketing within the B2B area Majority of your direct work experience is within Demand Generation, Marketing Automation platforms (i.e. Eloqua or equivalent), CRM (i.e. Saleforce or equivalent) and analytics systems (i.e. Oracle Insight or equivalent) is a must You have good knowledge of state-of-the-art marcom concepts, practices, metrics, and procedures Experience in digital media buying. Confident with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) tactics You have a proven track record of delivering complex digital and on-ground marketing projects on a local and/or global scale You are experienced using agile project management methods such as Scrum within a professional tool environment (Jira, Confluence) Analytical mindset and target-oriented approach You have outstanding communication and presentation skills in English to deliver professional internal customer presentations on a local and international stage Experience with managing marketing budgets, coordinating and guiding external agencies   Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, across diverse hierarchies Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens This role is based in Airoli (Navi Mumbai).
