We are presently recruiting for Demand Manager reporting into Finance Director, Canada. This fulltime position is based in the Markham, Ontario Head Office. Overview Coordinate, Prepare and Facilitate Monthly Affiliate S&OP meeting for Canada AA business. Develop and submit long term sales forecast (28 months) for Canada for all AA SKUs. Lead Demand & Supply Management for AA products. Support replenishment planning for global supply from Allergan sites. Identify and support the resolution of potential customer service issues. Monitor and report actual stock outs, help identify potential low or excess stock positions, and support the resolution of potential issues to avoid service issues or scrapping. Provide market supply chain support to product launch planning & discontinuations. Provide Adhoc Analysis & Support to Finance Director to improve the financial metrics. Key Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate, Prepare and Facilitate Monthly Affiliate S&OP for AA business. Coordinate and lead monthly demand meetings with commercial team to build the forecast for AA products. Gather all inputs and set agenda. Gain alignment on assumption changes and Risks & Opps. Obtain cross-functional unconstrained consensus forecast. Challenge and document Decisions and Actions. Collaboratively develop, implement and sustain a Best in Class monthly S&OP package driving ongoing forecast excellence. Lead monthly S&OP meeting ensuring the improvement of operational excellence and creation of a more cross-functional, strategic focused, KPI driven, decision making monthly S&OP review. Monitor KPI evolution monthly by Product, reviewing and tracking market/ region action plans oriented to improve KPIs. Clear understanding of upside and downside risks to forecasted demand volumes and identification and execution of mitigating actions. Publish consensus ADS for 28 months in JDA for Canada for all SKUs. Lead Demand & Supply Management for AA products. Monitor weekly demand statements and supply replenishment in JDA. Prepare and manage Request of Changes to Master Arrival Schedule and get corresponding approvals (formal RCMAS process). Make recommendations to management and to customer regarding the order management and other support services delivered. Take ownership of order delivery status enquiries and tracking, proactively following up and informing affiliates as required. Track the delivery of orders into the markets, managing any regulatory issues as well as the physical logistics. Monitor inventory and outbound logistics to customers, and the management and shelf life of inventories. Measure and report market potential backorders and track actions for improvement Support replenishment planning for global supply from Allergan sites. Review and agree inventory planning parameters at Distribution Centers for Canada market calculated by GSC, with particular attention to any market specific characteristics that might impact planning strategy or parameters. Review and confirm replenishment plans calculated by GSC for the market. Identify and support the resolution of potential customer service issues. Review market stock and orders position to identify any stock outs, and work with Canada Supply Chain manager and Global Supply Demand Managers, Finance, S&M and management team to resolve and minimize impact. Respond to inventory alerts and communicate with Global Supply planning and Customer service to amend orders or action excess inventory to address potential issues. Communicate any potential issues to local management team. Work with affiliates on the Prioritization exercise, collect affiliates input and build up WEC Area tracker. Attend and input to weekly Customer Service reviews providing clear and prioritized summary of issues for market. Monitor and report actual stock outs, help identify potential low or excess stock positions, and support the resolution of potential issues to avoid service issues or scrapping. Review monthly reports of projected out of stocks from GSC, and manage actions to avoid or mitigate. Review excess stock reports and produce action plans to reduce e.g. order changes, repacking, working with Finance leads and S&M on opportunities to increase demand. Report potential scrapping and actions to mitigate this. Provide market supply chain support to product launch planning, discontinuations. Work with Commercial team and Launch Lead regarding new product launches. Plan initial stock builds with GSC and confirm initial purchase orders. Support launch planning updating with stock availability and expediting order parameter and order changes with GSC dependent on product performance. Work with commercial to identify discontinued and use up products and support communication with GSC. Assessing supply situation, and input to feasibility and costs to serve in PAR process. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, information systems or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business/data analytics, preferably in the pharma, biotech or medical device industries. Advanced technical skills using MS PowerBI data visualization tool is required. Experience in Veeva CRM and VAlign administration is required. Ability to think strategically, analyze and interpret sales and activity data; Ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear presentations for leadership teams. Strong communication skills, as well as written and verbal presentation skills. Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, to deliver results under tight deadlines. Provide Adhoc Analysis & Support to Finance Director to improve the financial metrics Manage Affiliate Finance projects (Forecast accuracy, Demand Planning and Affiliate S&OP Integration).
