JOB PURPOSE:
Serves as an expert on matters related to O rders /Scheduling/Inventory management . Closely co-operates with other teams to identif y and resolve all compatibility problems during this process to ensure machine delivery within PDC committed shipment day .
JOB RELATED STATISTICS:
Up to 2400 units machine shipment in 2017
JOB DUTIES:
Incumbent serves as the overall business contact and this position is a resource for all business related questions. Incumbent works with Product Group, Marketing, Dealers and other related groups/team s to provide overall coordination with facility management.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

1. Collect orders from CMOPS, manage the processing of machine orders through CMOPS and SAP, maintain sales orders until final Post Good Issue (PGI);;

2. Work with GSND to clear out Price grief to ensure Invoice generate;

3. Communicate any problems with dealer regarding orders through DOCS, release and coordinate Ready To Ship plan (RTS plan);

4. Analyze and update PDC key metrics like LASL, OPD, 6 Days shipment, modify OPD in CMOPS if necessary and analyze BIC monthly OPD and LASL report, communicate with related parties with reasons analysis;

5. Update PDC Orders On Hand status & allocation to PG & PMC team;

6. Analyze weekly/monthly system report as SOX PIC/Tester and support validation;

7. Coordinate dealer urgent orders with Product Group, Marketing, dealers and facility;

8. Provide packing list (PL) to shipping line and 3rd parties, collect PL from 3rd parties and hand over to BR after order shipment;

9. Invoice hard copy checking and provide related data to BR in end of month;

10. Coordinate all resources(3PL & CXL) to arrange PDC production plan, release daily build plan and follow up the results;

11. Refer to WI to finish daily system work, including but not limited cost run, diversion, order release, confirmation, PGI, TECO/CLOSE order etc…;

12. Follow up the reconfiguration process to finish each L1/L2 rework order;

13. Update PBO when Product Link change;

14. Release FTO demand, follow up the result and resolve related problems;

15. Release OMM/part book demand, follow up the result and resolve related problem;

16. Release bucket demand to bucket vendor, follow up and resolve delivery issues, receive the bucket in SAP, provide bucket delivery performance to related team;

17. CQMS/BIQ implement in PDC team;

18. Work with 3PL/CXL team to manage PDC inventory, including new machine entry, machine transfer among CXL and 3PL, machine maintenance, payment, machine count(Daily/Biweekly/Monthly/Quarterly) and other data collection;



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ;

· Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organization and communication skills , especially good communication in English is preferred;

· Bachelor degree or above, or equivalent, preferabl e in Supply Chain and/or Logistics Management or Industrial Engineering ;

· Thorough ly unders tand/implement company policies and procedures

· Basic product knowledge ;

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience in scheduling /Sales or related supply chain tasks is preferred;
  • Extensive knowledge of prime products and attachments ;
