JOB SPECIFICATIONS

? Focus on critical items and generate updated demand plan.

? Analysis the market trends, sales trends and product performance to adjust forecast.

? Drive the monthly Pre-D-Meeting and D-Meeting as required by monthly calendar, keep close communication with Sales & Product team, narrow the gap between sales forecast and OP, highlight the big gap and issues.

? Maintains demand plan in SAP system and ensures accurate disaggregation for area of responsibility.

? To communicate with CS, sales, marketing and finance actively.

? Liaise and place purchase orders on suppliers in line with demand requirements, MOQ, etc.

? Regularly review and recommend safety stock settings to support service and inventory targets

? Place purchase orders to suppliers and maintain accurate delivery information in the system (SAP)

? Communicate supplier delivery shortages to the internal parties

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

? Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain.

? 5+ years of relevant procurement experience.

? Fast learner, strong analytical skills.

? Strong collaboration capability, good communication skills.

? Demonstrate initiative, high sense of responsibility.

? Fluent spoken and written English.

? Experience in SAP system is preferred.
