Job Description
Eaton’s Eletrical division is currently seeking a Demand Planner & Customer Service Manager to join our team. This position is based in Vallejo The Demand Planner & Customer Service Manager will be responsible to manage of all related activities to ensure the alignment of the procedures to achieve the objectives according with Eaton Vision Strategy and Culture. Able to coordinate internal customers to exceed the expectations of external customers and review, analyze and control all related activities to ensure an accurate forecast. Able to coordinate internal and external customers to reduce the error. Demand Solution an SAP system knowledge is critical to perform this role properly. This position is also responsible of: Customer Service Builds relationship with external customers and internal customers. Leads customer service team and interacts with several departments (Manufacturing, SC, Traffic, DC) in order to solve and to meet external customer requirements. Implements and develops procedures for all the functions in the customer services area, applying EBS Tools. Obtains and analyzes sales/service information to improve service to customers (OTTR). Gives support to external and internal users for Order Center Ensures RMA, Order Entry & Cancellations policies are met. Communicates sales policies to all people involved. Leads S&Op, Transit & imports, and E&O meetings with Finance, Quality, Sourcing and Sales departments. Generates sales reports (RDV, Pastdue, Internal Power Connection) for decision making Ensures that CRDS Mex sales policy is met in SAP Demand Planning Aligns and validates forecast vs profit plan. Loads forecast in SAP, once a month. Interacts with Demand Manager for CRDS NA. Daily review of incoming orders vs forecast. Daily track of MAPE and MRPE to reach month target. Gives detailed follow up for New product introduction. Proposes Safety Stocks and manage them in SAP Making what matters work at Eaton takes the passion of every employee around the world.
