Then come in and join our team as Demand Planner Senior for Latin America Your mission: · Demand Planner manages the demand information flows to produce the bottoms up forecast of equipment, accessories and tools in Latin America by-sku by-month. · Develops statistical forecasts and integrates numerous elements of business data and Market intelligence shared by internal commercial teams. The forecast is used by supply chain, finance, business leadership and all stakeholders involved in the Company, as it is a critical job with significant commercial and business implications. · Responsible for end-to-end execution of the replenishment process and inventory management in SAS and MAM (smart inventory) · Proactively monitor production plans and ensure supply is balanced against inventory/demand · Identify and mitigate potential out of stocks as well as over-stock · Monitor inventory-aging reports and support root cause analysis · Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in S&OP that impact deployment Your attributes and skills: · Bachelor’s degree. Supply Chain Management, or similar certification At least 5 years analytical experience · Required Spanish (intermediate level) · Demand Planning, Forecasting or Purchasing experience preferred · Excellence in analytical skills required. · Advanced excel. Good Knowledge in SAP desirable. · Power BI desirable. · Ability to critically think, make recommendations and solve in alignment with organizational objectives. · Excellence in communication skills required · Ability to summarize recommendation at an executive level and influence stakeholders.
