• Manage the S&OP process, including forecast analysis for specific markets
• Manage the entire order-to-delivery process to support the markets’ sales.
• Coordinate the whole order submission activities with markets and headquarters to ensure markets’ timely submission.
• Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning, ordering, and supply processes. Coordinate the information flow between headquarters, APAC management and markets.
• Keep track of the pipeline from plants to markets to ensure the products flow in respect of standard transit time.
• Manage the formulation, correctness and analysis of APAC sales forecasts, orders and production plans. Prepare and maintain the weekly sales report.
• Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning, ordering and supply processes.
• Refine systems and methods for continuous improvement.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in SCM, engineering, business administration or related field.
• Experience: one to five years of experience in the field / industry. Could be a new college grad
• Technical:
• Demonstrated proficiency in statistics and forecasting.
• Excellent skills working with Microsoft Office applications (namely Microsoft Excel).
• Good organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Advance English language
