As a Demand Planning Professional (Buyer / Planner), you will be responsible for: Buying / Planning activities for the Invivo Source / Return Source Team. Placing purchase orders with internal and external suppliers. This includes Create / Review /Reconcile Repair and New Manufacturing orders. for external suppliers, and insuring timely delivery for all order types. Managing goods receipt and invoice discrepancies with suppliers and our 3PL Logistics Provider.. Utilize Demand Planning Software and SAP to establish replenishment plans. Analyzes, controls and reports on relevant KPI (Customer Delivery Performance, Zero Stock, On Time Delivery) Generate and review low inventory items to avoid customer backorders and achieve Line-Item Fill rate goals. Use root cause and corrective action to drive improvement in day-to-day activities. Improve upon existing KPI’s as a measure of the health of the Supply Chain Attending weekly, monthly meetings with suppliers, escalating material shortages. Generating reporting for Internal and External Suppliers. Works closely with both internal and external customers. Participate in LEAN initiatives and other performance improvement activities. Some Project Participation. Key Working Relationships: Contacts are with immediate manager, others in the team, CSML leadership and teams in the US, Asia and Germany, 3PL partners, SLM /SVO teams within different Business Area and Internal and External Suppliers This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers You have excellent presentation and communication skills, and you show team and customer orientation. Understand multiple disciplines within a Supply Chain organization, APICs certifications a plus Demonstrated knowledge of Supply Chain. Are familiar with typical supply chain health metrics, e.g., forecast accuracy, LIFR, backorder Required skills to have for the success of this role BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1 -3 years of successful experience in Buying, Planning or SCM with successful demonstration of responsibilities and knowledge as presented above. Strong computer skills, knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Office 365 Suite preferred. Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with management levels. Proven customer support experience/customer orientation Ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment Proficiency in analyzing metrics and understanding data driven insights and solutions. Experience working with multiple functions, worldwide internal as well as external contacts preferred Ability to understand, on the phone, English spoken with a wide variety accents and skill levels preferred Willing to travel up to 10% JOB LOCATION: (Cary/NC ) Hybrid Model 1-2 days in the office.
