Accountabilities:

• Lead the team to provide demand planning forecast to supply chain team with good quality
• Team management, make sure all team member’s target and KPI are set properly and monitor on regular basis, etc…
• EP management
• Ensure team can meet EP requirement
• Ensure all the team use right methods to get good results according to Excellent Program;
• Drive team’s process improvement

Qualifications :

• 5 years experience in similar analysis job positions
• Experience in change management/project management would be beneficial
• Experience in people management and team management
• Experience in supply chain would be a plus

• 
  Experienced in using Excel, VBA, Powerpoint

• 
  Proactive to move before things happen to have a key participation on the acts
• Team management skill
• Good understanding of FMCG
• Good knowledge of consumer product commercial processes
• Result oriented and service mindset
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with key customers and business contacts
• Good communication and change management skills

• Good understanding and alignment to routine management
