Job purpose & objectives: Manage demand/supply chain and logistics in order to ensure customers are supplied with AbbVie products on a timely and continuous basis Ensure inventory availability and anticipate potential supply issues based on sales forecasts and future inventory replenishments Respond to customer needs and achieve affiliate's financial objectives through effective management and continuous review of OTC / Customer Services matters with BPO and FSS Key interfaces Internal Controller / Assistant Controller / OTC Analyst Finance Director FP&A Managers Quality and Regulatory Managers IBM – BPO VLOG — Distribution Center BUMs & Brand Managers FSS External External authorities for waste management activities (Fost-Plus, Val-I-Pac, Bebat); AbbVie customers Tasks and responsibilities Act as main link between Demand/Supply (Planning and Distribution Center), Controlling and IBM BPO. Act as Distribution Champion by providing innovative suggestions in regards to distribution matters. Build close partnership with FP&A team to review & anticipate potential supply parameters issues and SMP quotas requirements. Keep an accurate overview and monitor all relevant supply parameters. Timely inform all concerned people from various departments of potential supply changes or issues to anticipate proper decision making Review and analyse on a quarterly basis the obsolescence financial reserve and inform on potential issues or exposures Publish back order report and ADS Monitor and publish KPI's for regular follow up of supply parameters (safety stocks, MOQ, ....) and make proposals to Management for improvement Administer stock management program (calculation, communication, reporting, ...) Manage customer master data process (new customer set up, changes) Ordering process Manage FOC orders (MNP, samples, Duodopa...) Release of blocked orders Support serialized device purchasing process Pricing: Manage timely price updates and changes in SAP including appropriate communication Manage and control rebates and discounts Other OTC related matters, not limited: Follow up and help to resolve customer disputes together with BPO and FSS (distribution, credit collection...) / Follow up on product recall Timely sending of invoices, customer statements and reminders External reporting requirements (Fost-Plus, Val-I-Pac, Bebat); Customers creation, maintenance request Qualifications Required skills and competencies Adaptability: switches quickly from one task to another without losing efficiency Initiative, self-starter: sees easily opportunities and takes ownership of implementing adequate actions Innovation: explores alternative successful ways of working, processes and tools Integrity: emphasizes the corporate values of integrity and trust, internally as well as externally Project, organization and planning skills: able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines Customer oriented Strong commitment, willing to take ownership of problems and solve problems Dynamic, motivated team player with a hands-on and result oriented attitude Detail oriented Proactivity Enhanced verbal and interpersonal communications skills Profile BSc., preferably coming from a Business School with Finance / Logistics, or eventually Sales/Marketing orientation, or equal through experience Minimum 5 years professional experience in Finance / Logistics or Sales / Marketing related functions, with interest in Supply Chain Issues, or actual experience in Demand Management Familiar with Logistics & Inventory Management principles Strong MS Office skills, knowledge of SAP is a plus Ability to favourably represent the Affiliate image to customers Fluent in English, French, Dutch Travel No Job Type Experienced Schedule Full-time Job Level Code IC Equal Employment Opportunity At AbbVie, we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop new and innovative solutions for patients.
