Responsibilities Reporting to Supply Chain Manager, Demand and Supply Specialist will be mainly responsible for the followings: LOGISTICS / SUPPLY CHAIN Work closely with 3PL and internal departments to manage the day-to-day logistics activities from inbound shipment co-ordination through to order delivery and stock re-export. Maintain accuracy of inventory record & booking keeping of shipping documents. Responsible for inventory control, annual stock count and inventory disposal. Perform daily sales & inventory reconciliation. Responsible for 3PL’s performance management (KPI). Review operational processes and provide recommendations to increase efficiency, accuracy, and cost effectiveness. Sales Forecast Management. Responsible in demand cycle with business team and monthly supply planning management including system upload (JDA). Driving Key Demand & Supply KPIs such as Stock Coverage & Forecast Accuracy. Work closely with commercial team on forecast accuracy commentary and analyze root cause. Preparation of monthly S&OP related presentation Collect information & update to sales team on Supply constraints and advise possible alternatives. OPERATIONS / CUSTOMER SERVICE Responsible for master data maintenance. Manage stock transfer, goods return processes and stakeholder’s complaint. Support ad-hoc request from sales team. Work closely with Finance to validate 3PL billing on a regular basis. Partner with Quality Assurance & Regulatory function for any change in compliance with Ordinance. Prepare reports for management review. Support Supply Chain & Finance team on other operations tasks/duties as assigned. Qualifications Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma in any related field or equivalent, Preferable logistics/supply chain management 3-5 years of customer service, logistics and supply chain-related experience required.
