The role The Demand & Supply Analyst has the responsibility for Supply Chain Processes for a defined part of the product portfolio as well as managing relations with AbbVie Logistics Hub in the Netherlands, selected wholesalers across Scandinavia and external Stakeholders/partners. The Demand & Supply Analyst is the operational key contact for AbbVies’ customers and wholesalers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland. This position will be reporting to the Demand and Supply Chain Manager Scandinavia and be a part of the Scandinavian Finance team. Key Responsibilities: • Order management in cooperation with AbbVie’s centralized service functions and external partners. • Coordination of credit notes, debit notes, returns, order proposals, Cert Uploads, backorder management etc. • Maintain Masterdata (price, material, customer) changes together with central SAP service team • Order administration incl. checking and archiving shipping and packing information in alignment with local QA department. • Manage Supply and demand for Devices and Accessories. Maintain relations with AbbVie Logistics Hub and wholesalers to update about any changes in the demand or supply. In the case of new contracts or abnormal demands, inform key contacts about date requirements and conditions. • Support Wholesaler inventory management in cooperation with Demand manager • Participation in various projects • Performance of internal control activities and participation in internal and external audits The Demand & Supply Analyst works in close relation with commercial, quality, medical, and regulatory department as well as external partners and has a crucial role for the success of the Demand and supply team. Qualifications • Relevant education/experience • Preferably understanding of pharma industry requirements across Scandinavia (GDP) • Some experience from working in logistics and customer service roles • Excellent administrative skills • Good analytical skills and communication skills • Good teamwork and executional skills, capable of working efficiently in an international environment • Fluent in at least one Scandinavian language and English in speaking and writing • Good knowledge of MS office (excel) and ideally SAP or other logistics & data processing systems Additional information This position is based in our Stockholm office in Solna Strand.
