Our client, a top-ranked five star Casino Resort in Macau is looking for a Demi Chef to join their F&B kitchen team.

Job description:

• Assist the Chef de Partie to organize for daily operation.
• Prepare food materials and cook a dish quickly.
• Maintain all cleanness and facilities of kitchen is systematically.

Requirement:

• Relevant professional culinary qualifications.
• At least 3 years of kitchen working experience in a 5-star international hotel or an awarded luxury restaurant with hands-on working experience as a Demi Chef.
• Good knowledge of culinary and demonstrates a passion for food.
