Our Culinary Director Chef Anthony Flowers is on the hunt for Dinner Demi Chef who can bring alive our Ibis Kitchen with their culinary flare. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is unafraid to work independently and make this your own with the guidance of Chef Anthony. 

To be successful in this role you should be:

• Trade qualified and engaged to perform general or specialised cooking, butchering, baking or pastry cooking
• Assist Head Chef with menu preparation and ensuring adequate supplies are available for expected service
• Be able to run the kitchen operations individually
• Maintain excellent presentation standards 
• Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned
