Job Description
  • Under the general guidance and supervision of the Head Chef, and within the limits of established policies and procedures, assists in overseeing and directing all aspects of the kitchen operation.
  • Provides functional assistance and direction to the kitchen operation as assigned and Co-ordinates functions and activities with Food and Beverage department.



Work Experience
  • Knowledge of relevant cuisine and basic costing method.
  • Good communication skills; both oral and written and good management and organizations skills
  • Should have a high level of personal cleanliness
  • Be flexible enough so as to be able to work in 24 hour rotating shifts
  • Ability to work well when under pressure
