A great opportunity for a seasoned Demi Chef looking for a new challenge or a Senior Commis Chef ready to step up.

Assisting with mise en place & service during meal periods, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver an exceptional dinning experience for our guests.

The Sebel Manukau Auckland is proud to be operating as a Managed Isolation Facility supporting the New Zealand border team to host self-isolating guests. Our obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 is to take all reasonable, practicable steps to eliminate, or otherwise control, known risks. Therefore, we operate in a level 4 environment at all times. With full PPE and WHS protocols in place. • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in similar role
• Passion for delivering a high quality culinary experience
• Experience in commercial hospitality kitchen preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
• Good level of English
• Physically fit and energetic
• Reliable punctual and excellent personal presentation
• Ability to demonstrate great organisational skills
• Ability to work on a 7 day rotating roster, including early mornings and evenings
