Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, arrange, and organize phone calls and meetings.
  • Attend meetings with the vice president, prepare and issue meeting minutes, follow up on action items.
  • Assist the vice president to convey and follow up on instructions to subordinates.
  • Administration work for the department

Requirements

  • College or above, with at least 2 years of working experience.
  • Good command of oral and written English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill, pleasant, outgoing and flexible character.
  • Good PC skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, preferably has knowledge in Excel and Project.
